Delete account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your WormArena account and its associated data here, even if you have uninstalled the game.
Deletion removes Natroli LLC's records of your player name, email, password, sign-in sessions, coin balance, owned skins, match and purchase history, custom skin orders, design messages, support tickets and uploaded references. Any unfinished skin order is cancelled. This cannot be undone.
Your account is disabled when you confirm. The automatic cleanup normally finishes within 10 minutes. References to you in other players' match history become “Deleted player”. See our privacy and backup-retention information.
Apple, Google Play and Stripe transaction records and Unity service records follow those providers' own privacy and retention rules. See our privacy policy for details.
Deleting your WormArena account does not cancel an active store subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it before deleting your account: App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Website subscriptions are queued for cancellation. Restricted financial records and anonymous purchase replay safeguards remain as described in the privacy policy.
